To our friends, colleagues, and clients: As NY, PA & OH all move towards reopening, Altair's focus continues to be on meeting our clients’ & tenants needs. As our home state of PA moves into the "Green Phase" we will continue to tele-work where feasible. Our lobbies remain closed to the public and all visits must be by appointment. If you are visiting us for a scheduled tour, you must wear a mask. Thank you and Be well!

PA Client update: As many of you have heard by now, Governor Wolf has moved several NWPA counties from “red” to “yellow” phase for reopening. Details can be found on the Governor’s Web Page. Please note that

Altair offices will remain closed to the public during the “yellow phase” We will continue to limit face to face meetings, property tours and non-emergency maintenance.

To make rent payments easier for Tenants you are able to Pay Rent on line for no additional fee.

In accordance with Governor Tom Wolf’s recent order, Altair will be securing all public lobbies, community rooms and fitness rooms at all PA properties under management no later than 8am Monday March 23rd, 2020. Tenant key cards, fobs and/or keys will continue to work in the event you need access to your office suite. Since most of our buildings house “essential business” as defined by the Governor, buildings are not being shut-down, simply secured to limit access.

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to all of our constituents needs as the situation evolves.
