Altair’s team has experience both as buyer/tenant reps and representing sellers. Our brokers and agents are focused on commercial and multi-family only.

We represent buyers/lessees in site selection and negotiations. Our team will methodically evaluate potential locations after interviewing you to learn and understand your space and location needs.

We represent sellers/lessors in lease negotiation, analysis and administration. We help negotiate with your prospective or current tenant on new leases and expansions to achieve the best rate for your facility. Our lease administration services also involve inputting new leases and monitoring expirations.

Acquisition and Disposition Negotiations. We can assist you to determine the best price for your property through market studies, fair market value reports, demographic analysis, development alternatives and sales comparable data.

Altair’s team of seasoned facility professionals includes electricians, certified HVAC technicians as well as painters and general maintenance technicians. Our extensive vendor network is utilized when needed to supplement our team. We are able to “stand-up” teams in markets we are not currently in by partnering with local resources as well as utilizing our in-house human resources department to recruit.

PMware is a proprietary web-based application that contains electronic documentation, data abstracts, resources (people), and workflow (work orders, incident reports, project management and administrative tasks). The culmination of this information creates an easily scalable, strategic environment which allows us to operate physical assets without wasting resources or time. PMware’s reporting tools allow allocation of staff, vendors and parts to be properly billed to disparate owner groups.

Finance & Accounting Services

Altair’s Accounting Team effectively manages client resources through planning, trending, and forecasting to meet the client’s overall goals. Our attention to detail, internal controls, and segregation of duties ensure we are providing accurate, timely and meaningful reports. Altair uses industry leading real estate software providers for accounting, lease management, and fair housing compliance.

Altair provides financial packages, including budget analysis and cash flow, to all our clients on a monthly basis. Our comprehensive services include cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, operating expense reconciliation and recovery, financial statement preparation, budget analysis and forecasting. Financial reporting is not the end point, we regularly review these reports with our clients with an eye towards finding opportunities to improve financial performance.

Property Management

Altair assists owners, developers and investors to maximize their return on investment by meeting and exceeding industry best practices. Close attention is paid to financial and facility management. Our property management services are available in Western PA, and Western NY.

Altair’s state-of-the-art accounting and property management systems and electronic document management allow for accurate, real time reporting on all aspects of property management. Altair has an excellent in-house maintenance team and has developed a significant vendor network in Western PA and Western NY. We bring those relationships to the table to ensure the most efficient and cost effective property maintenance solutions.

We have been court appointed and/or approved as receivers, property managers in both the Commonwealth of PA and the State of NY as well as the Western District of PA Bankruptcy court Erie division.


The level of detail and accountability necessary to successfully turn-around manage distressed real estate is enormous and requires a level of expertise beyond that of a typical property management firm or brokerage.
