Prior to joining Altair, Jeff was a Senior Analyst at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Jeff excels at project conceptualization and formulating structured research plans for studies including market analysis, intelligence analysis, and geospatial analysis. Jeff led and established partnerships at the local level to establish the Erie County Data Center, creating a repository of vital information and acting as a query-able resource for the non-profit and business community. During the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic he conducted information management and ad-hoc analysis at the federal level for the US Department of Health and Human Services. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Writing and Rhetoric from Edinboro University, a Master’s in Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University, and has completed geospatial cartography certification by Esri.
