Prior to joining Altair, Amy was the Director of Government Affairs for the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, where she focused on strengthening public-private partnerships to help advance the region's economic development initiatives. Amy previously served as the Director for the Erie County Department of Planning and Community Development where she helped steward the formation of the Erie County Land Bank and worked with the region’s thirty-eight municipalities to support their comprehensive planning efforts. Amy has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Gannon University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
